
Dome Rental:
The Heritage Dome Center has three options
for you to choose from when you are planning your special event.
This is based based on a 6 hour event Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
(Monday - Friday reduced meeting and conference room prices are available upon request.)
Available Packages:
1) $ 1,375.00 (up to 100 guests)
2) $ 1,650.00 (up to 299 guests)
3) $ 1,750.00 (300 guests and above)
Event Price Includes:
60" Round tables, white table linens, and chairs. Each table seats 8 people.
We do have a limited number of 8 ft. and 6 ft. rectangular tables available.
Mandatory Security is provided (normally one guard is needed).
Larger events may require a charge for an additional security person.
Clean-up Charge is also included.
Additional Charges:
Bar Service is be provided at $50.00 per bartender with one bartender required per every 100 guests.
Security Deposit of $500.00 is required and is refundable after your event if all conditions
have been met as listed on your signed contract.
The security deposit is refundable up to 120 days prior to your event.
You may also plan a wedding ceremony at The Dome Center.
The cost is $250.00. The maximum guest capacity is 200 for a wedding and reception.
If you wish to add an additional hour to your event the rental charge is $150.
There is also a $15.00 charge for each bartender needed for that hour.
All food must be catered in, using a licensed an /or approved caterer.
A warming kitchen is provided with no one except the caterer and their employees
allowed in the warming kitchen at any time.
We provide coffee, cream, sugar, salt & pepper shakers.
China is rented only through our facility.

Our staff will be happy to provide cake cutting at the cost of $25.00.
When needing lodging we recommend McCamly Plaza Hotel.
If you mention your event is at The Heritage Dome Center
they may give you a room discount depending on what spaces they have available.
Bar Service can be of your choosing - a cash bar or an open bar.
The average premium well drink price will run approximately $4.50
& kegs of beer start at $185.00 which serves approximately 165-12 oz glasses.
Decorations are limited to tables and the lower walls using only tape.
If using candles they must have the flame contained.
The use of bird seed, matches or bubble favors is prohibited inside the building.
Any additional decorating must have prior approval by The Dome.
Entry to the building for decoration and/or deliveries must be arranged before hand
with the management office located on the 3rd floor, Suite 315.
Under no circumstances is anyone allowed into the building
prior to the event without permission.
Any items being delivered to the Center for your event
must arrive 2 hours prior to your event.
Any and all items that you bring for decorating
must be taken with you the night of the event.
We have conference rooms available for smaller meetings, luncheons, and seminars.
We have a state of the art audio video system that will ensure the success
of any event you have here at The Heritage Dome Center.
Additional decorative items available for rental at The Heritage Dome Center:
table centerpieces, round mirrors, hurricane globes, candle cylinders, ivy bowls for votive candles,
spiral candelabra’s, card mailbox, arch and our draped netting with lights for over our marble dance floor.

Parking is located nearby at the River Walk, McCamly Parking Ramp, and on the city street.
If handicap parking is necessary this can be arranged upon request.
